Beyond.com, the worlds largest network of niche career communities, has an immediate opening in our King of Prussia, PA office for an experienced Affiliate Specialist, to support the growth of our on-line marketing lead generation business. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our network of employment agencies, internet affiliates and other strategic partners by creating incentives and marketing programs to drive traffic and expand growth in the Beyond.com websites. Responsibilities: -expand existing network of affiliates with active sales campaign -daily affiliate management including on-going development and deployment of fresh marketing creative,affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts - monitor affiliate traffic, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenues - recruit new affiliates (employment websites), joint venture partners and strategic partners - oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliate employment websites -establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools and to develop custom marketing material as required. -represent Beyond.com at all affiliate marketing related trade shows -speak and conduct seminars at industry events - work closely with product marketing, product management, creative services and web development to implement programs Requirements: Requirements: - Thorough understanding of on-line recruitment advertising industry - Experience in direct sales, new business development - strong networking skills - experience in an on-line marketing internet company - highly results oriented , articulete, decisive. self starter who energizes people around him/her - strong analytical skills and some business modeling - experience developing successful affiliate campaigns(banners,emails,landing pages) -must be fluent and skilled in the internet marketing sales process including email marketing, search engine optimization,pay-per-click advertising and blog/forum marketing
